Acuzi · Your data
Privacy policy
Updated September 12, 2026
Acuzi is a business website creation and management service operated by SynthMind Solutions. This policy explains how we handle information in Acuzi, including optional social publishing. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
- Your account: account identifiers, email, profile details, subscription status and credit usage needed to provide your workspace.
- Your websites: business details, prompts, reference material, uploaded photos and logos, generated pages, articles, edit history and publishing configuration.
- Leads and visitor activity: form submissions and website analytics collected for the website owner. See Cookies and analytics below.
- Connected social accounts: network, account or Page identifiers, display names, available publishing permissions, encrypted access credentials and authorization expiry when provided. For Facebook and Instagram, we use the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts you authorize. Acuzi does not request your social password.
- Social posts: captions, photos, selected destination, schedule, delivery state, errors, and published post identifiers or links. We do not request access to private messages or advertising accounts for this publishing feature.
- Service operation: request, error and security information used to maintain the service. Payment providers process payment details; Acuzi receives transaction and subscription information.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, build and edit your websites, publish approved content, manage subscriptions and credits, show leads and analytics, support you, and protect the service. Social credentials are used to connect authorized accounts and deliver posts you approve. Drafts are not published just because you save them.
Who receives information
Acuzi uses service providers for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, AI generation, media generation and service operations. Those providers receive the information needed for the functions you use. Website prompts and source material may be processed by AI and media providers to create or edit your site. Connected social credentials are not sent to AI models by the social publishing feature.
When you approve a social post, its caption and photo are sent to the selected network. That network handles the post under its own terms and privacy policy. Published websites and posts are visible according to their destination and your settings. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and analytics
The Acuzi app uses authentication and session technologies to keep you signed in. Acuzi customer-site analytics count pageviews and use consent-based browser identifiers for visitor and engagement reporting. The optional identifier lasts up to 90 days; a tab session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Referral reporting records the referring host rather than the full referring URL. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by this tracker.
Visitors can decline or withdraw enhanced analytics using the customer site's analytics controls. Without consent, reports have reduced visitor and engagement coverage. Website owners are responsible for explaining any additional tools they install and how they use submitted leads.
Storage, security and retention
Social access credentials are encrypted in storage and are not displayed in the workspace API. Social photos are private to the website owner; a temporary signed media link may be provided to a network to deliver an approved post. We use account ownership checks to restrict access to project data.
Saved social drafts and history remain until you delete them or their project. Disconnecting removes that website's stored credential for the selected account and returns its queued or scheduled posts to drafts. It keeps saved captions, photos and history. The separate Delete this website’s social data action removes all active social connections, posts, photos, history and pending connection requests for that website.
Deletion in the app removes active social records. Account-wide requests also require review of relevant service-provider, backup and operational records. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, security, disputes or legal obligations; ask us about the scope and status of your request. Deleting Acuzi data does not remove a post already stored by a social network.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your website information, remove saved social drafts or history, disconnect publishing accounts, or delete a website's social data. You can also remove Acuzi in a network's app or business integration settings to revoke its permissions there. See the step-by-step deletion instructions.
For access, correction, account-wide deletion or other privacy requests, email [email protected] from your account email if possible. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances.
